    Orders containing no personalised items

    Normally posted within 1-3 working days from placing an order to being posted.
    Orders containing personalised items
    • Orders placed after 24th Mar but before 1st Apr will be posted on 10th Apr
    • Orders placed after 31st Mar but before 8th April will be posted on 17th Apr
    • Orders placed after 7th April but before 15th April will be posted on 24th 
    • Orders placed after 14th April but before 22nd April will be posted on 1st May

    All orders are posted using second class Royal Mail tracked delivery, unless requested otherwise.

Returns & Refunds Policy

RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:

  • Personalised products 
  • Downloadable files 
  • Gift cards 
  • Any item not in its original condition 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs.

REFUNDS 

Returns
Once your returned item is received and checked, an email will be sent notifying you that your product(s) have been received and whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Missing Orders

If you believe your order to be missing/lost, then please contact me within 30 days from the date the order was dispatched and I will investigate and/or arrange a replacement or credit note depending on the circumstances.

A order is deemed 'lost' under the definition and guidance provided by Royal Mail; full details can be found here.  (Note - as I post orders using Royal Mail second class this is 13 working days from the dispatch date. No refund will be issued before this point.)

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of making the purchase. Outside of this timeframe a refund may not be possible.

EXCHANGES 
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case please send photos of the damaged item to jo@mylittlelearner.co.uk

Note - Damaged items will be replaced for the same product unless it is no longer available.
