          Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.

          To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

          The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:

          • Gift cards 
          • Any item not in its original condition 
          • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

          To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.

          You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs.

          Little Learner Happy!

          Purchased this for my granddaughter and she loves it! I love how it shows the correct formation of lower case letters and within just a couple of weeks she’s already writing her name and knows the phoneme of every letter in the alphabet ready for reception class in September. Can I purchase one with phase 2 or 3 phonics on I wonder 🤔 x All in all a great purchase, thank you Jo xxx
