    Orders containing no personalised items

    Normally posted within 1-3 working days from placing an order to being posted.
    Orders containing personalised items
    • Orders placed after 14th April but before 21st April will be posted on 3rd May
    • Orders placed after 21st April but before 29th April will be posted on 8th May
    • Orders placed after 28th April but before 6th May will be posted on 15th May
    • Orders placed after 6th May but before 13th May will be posted on 22nd May
    • Orders placed after 12th May but before 20th May will be posted on 29th May

        All orders are posted using second class Royal Mail tracked delivery, unless requested otherwise.

      Returns & Refunds

      RETURNS
      Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

      The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:

      • Personalised products 
      • Downloadable files 
      • Gift cards 
      • Any item not in its original condition 
      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

      To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs.
