Product Care
Any felt tip pens will work fine on the mat (if you are unsure please test a corner first) or I sell a specialised triangular pen to help with finger positioning click here to buy.
To clean, please use a dry or very damp soft cloth. It is advised to clean immediately after use to minimise marking and preserve the quality of your product.
Keep the product away from fire, store in a dry room, avoid excessive water

Returns & Refunds
RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:
- Personalised products
- Downloadable files
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs.

This triangular pen is designed to naturally position your child's thumb and first two fingers into the most efficient writing grip (the "tripod grip") this should then make writing easier and less frustrating for your child.
Please note that it is important that your child has sufficient strength in the small muscles controlling their thumb and forefinger when commencing writing as this can directly affect a child's ability to form letters effectively.

Took a little while to arrive after ordering. So be aware when placing the order. But well worth the wait. My nephew loves it.
