We ordered a name practice mat for our daughter and, sadly, due to Royal Mail, the item arrived damaged. I reached out to Jo via email and this was promptly corrected and sorted really quickly. I purchased the Learn to Write full set for my daughters 4th birthday and she loves it, would highly recommend especially for learning to write their own name.
There was a slight delay in my order arriving (turns out it was down to Royal Mail) but Jo was prompt in replying to me email and was happy to assist but luckily it arrived that day.
I ordered the busy book for my 18 month old Grandson to aid in his education. I am sure he will love it. Great communication with Jo. I would definitely recommend.
My grandson enjoys using the practice sheets and pens and his pen control is certainly improving. He likes the dinosaurs around the sheets too.
The pen was enclosed, but not the cloth. The boards are lovely. They are part of an upcoming birthday gift.

I brought this for my 3 year old to help him learn at home as he only attends school 12 hours a week. The quality is amazing! The personalisation is a great added touch and my son loves it! I ordered the multi pack of pens. I just want to say, these triangle shaped pens are so useful for children who struggle to remeber the pinch technique when learning to write. I'm excited to reuse these products through the week and I can't wait to see the progress I know my son will make. Thank you so much Jo for the quick response regarding delivery. Really pretty and carefully designed. It is a gift for our nearly 4 year old granddaughter, whom I am sure will gain much from using it.
My daughter is almost 3 and is really enjoying using these mats for line tracing and to start to learn to write her name. This set is a great combination of some basic pre-writing shapes and line tracing which she can start on now to help improve her control before moving on to the more complex shapes and her name as she improves- as such these will last her a good while and keep her interest with the right level of challenge. My daughter started reception in September so has started learning to write, these mats she loves to do alongside her school homework as they are helping her gain the confidence to write the harder letters without the mats. Highly recommend for 3/4 year olds. Wish I’d gotten them before my girl started school.

Bought these for a little girl of 5 who has autism. She is a brilliant reader but had not been able to write, despite her teacher's best efforts. Today, at home with her mother, she has written her full name and all the letters of the alphabet on the boards, using the triangular pen, and has done an excellent job of it. She will now be trying triangular pens and pencils on paper to see if these will enable her to write at school. So, a very promising start. These boards have definitely provided a breakthrough and therefore they are to be highly recommended. I suggest adding the child's name, but if you do, do be patient and allow sufficient time - up to 7 days - for despatch (my order was despatched at the end of day 7 and received two days later). Very good value. Thank you.
My (just) 3yr old has loved these boards since the moment they arrived. We had a slight hiccup in printing but Jo responded immediately and is sending out a replacement.

With my little boy nearly 3 he is beginning to understand his name and wanting me to write his name so he could copy he can't do it yet but I was on the lookout for some bits to assist with this and anything else that he could use to learn.
