Returns & Refunds Policy
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:
- Personalised products
- Downloadable files
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs.
Once your returned item is received and checked, an email will be sent notifying you that your product(s) have been received and whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you believe your order to be missing, then please contact us within 30 days from the date the order was dispatched and we will investigate and/or arrange a replacement/ refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of making the purchase. Outside of this timeframe a refund may not be possible.
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case please send photos of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org
Note - Damaged items will be replaced for the same product unless it is no longer available.
