We ordered a name practice mat for our daughter and, sadly, due to Royal Mail, the item arrived damaged. I reached out to Jo via email and this was promptly corrected and sorted really quickly. Jo was so friendly and helpful throughout (even though totaly out of her control) The mat is such great quality and we know it will be loved (it’s a Christmas present!). Highly recommend! Thank you

I purchased the Learn to Write full set for my daughters 4th birthday and she loves it, would highly recommend especially for learning to write their own name.
There was a slight delay in my order arriving (turns out it was down to Royal Mail) but Jo was prompt in replying to me email and was happy to assist but luckily it arrived that day.
I ordered the busy book for my 18 month old Grandson to aid in his education. I am sure he will love it. Great communication with Jo. I would definitely recommend.
