Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:

- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.

Our learn to write “name mat” is where it all started and is still our “bestseller”! Many schools now teach precursive so I have included our “precursive” mat to the collection.
