Please note NO orders will be posted during the period 18th August - 8th September. Orders can still be placed but they will not be posted

• Personalised orders - placed after the 4th Aug will be posted 18th Sept
• Non personalised -  items placed after the 17th August will be posted on the 9th/10th Sept

All orders are posted using second class Royal Mail delivery, unless requested otherwise.

All parcels are sent second class delivery unless requested otherwise. 

UK postage: 2-4 working days on average from dispatch (see note above)

RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:

• Personalised products 
• Downloadable files 
• Gift cards 
• Any item not in its original condition 
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs.
