Regarding your review, I looked at your order and you received 1 x name mat as ordered which was delivered. I am sorry you expected to receive an alphabet & numbers mat in addition to the name but you only ordered '1 x name mat' as stated on your order conformation. Despite this, I hope you child is enjoying using her name mat and you have seen progress in her writing and/or interest in learning to write. Jo x
