Returns & Refunds

RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:

  • Downloadable files 
  • Gift cards 
  • Any item not in its original condition 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs.

Fantastic for little hands

My there year old daughter is able to hold her pen properly using these triangular pens. It’s much better for small hands that are learning to initially write.
