- Orders placed after 7th April but before 15th April will be posted on 24th
- Orders placed after 14th April but before 21st April will be posted on 3rd May

Returns & Refunds
RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:
- Personalised products
- Downloadable files
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs.

These are slightly DEFECTED STOCK (except for the Halloween flashcard that just don;t have a box) but are perfectly suitable for use.
They come in a green organza bag and not the usual flashcard box
Packs will contain 10 double sided cards unless stated otherwise
