These are DEFECT STOCK but are perfectly suitable for use.
They come in a green organza bag and not our usual flashcard box
Packs will contain 10 double sided cards unless stated otherwise
> PLEASE NOTE - the baby sensory card only have images printed on one side of the card
> SALE items are non-returnable/refundable<
Defects may include:
- Minor marks
- Differing fonts or cardstock being used to make up a pack
- All sets are perfectly suitable for use
Turnaround + Delivery
TURNAROUND
Orders containing NO personalised items
Normally posted within 1-3 working days from placing an order to being posted
Orders containing personalised items
Turnaround is 2-5 weeks from placing an order to being posted. Please see the website header for the next date of posting personalised items.
DELIVERY
All orders are posted using second class delivery, unless requested otherwise.

All parcels are sent second class standard delivery unless requested otherwise.
UK postage: 2-3 working days on average (see note above)

Returns & Refunds
RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:
- Personalised products
- Downloadable files
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs.
