    Normally posted within 1-3 working days from placing an order to being posted.
    Orders containing personalised items
    • Orders placed after 7th April but before 15th April will be posted on 24th 
    • Orders placed after 14th April but before 21st April will be posted on 3rd May
    • Orders placed after 21st April April but before 29th April will be posted on 8th May

      All orders are posted using second class Royal Mail tracked delivery, unless requested otherwise.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Will I receive a parcel tracking number?

    All orders over £8 are tracked vis Royal Mail.  If your order is above this value then you will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

    Please note that Royal Mail will only show when the item has been successfully delivered.

     

    What do I do if I've not received my order?

    If it's been over 7 days since your order was dispatched then please do get in touch.

    Are my products available for wholesale?

    Yes they are.  Please email to discuss your requirements.
