Returns & Refunds

RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:

  • Downloadable files 
  • Gift cards 
  • Any item not in its original condition 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.

We have found these sheets really useful for helping our grandchildren learning to write, recognise the letters in their names and being reusable is great.

My little boy loves these mats. They are good quality and easy to clean. A brilliant way to encourage preschoolers to learn their name, numbers, the alphabet and all important motor skills involving pen control. So pleased I purchased them. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Very pleased

So glad I purchased these learning mats. My three year old isnt interested in the wipeable books i bought him anymore as I think the letters and numbers are too small but this is perfect. Plus he loves the mat with his own name on! I bought his name, numbers and the alphabet. Will definitely be encouraging others to buy!
