          Returns & Refunds

          Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.

          To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

          The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:

          • Downloadable files 
          • Gift cards 
          • Any item not in its original condition 
          • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

          To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.

          Just what I needed to help my little one learn her letters and numbers during lockdown

          These mats will be highly beneficial in my daughters learning and I am very happy with them (Stage one and two). I even ordered a couple extra name sheets for my daughter and my friend’s daughter too.

          The only downside is that even with two separate orders, nothing came with it to store the mats in so they’re all loose.
