RETURNS
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, no refund or exchange will be offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The following items are exempt from being returned/refunded:

  • Any item not in its original condition 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.

Love these - lived up to expectations!

Fab Products!

Lovely items. Good quality, and impressed with the personalisation. Nice to be able to have first and last name (either side).

The patterns and shapes are great. Nice to be able to see progress over the weeks!

Having the welsh alphabet is also great. As this is what my children will learn in school first.

The colourful border is a nice touch! Loved the envelope too - came in black and white patterns that you can colour in!!

Entertaining and educational

Our 3 year old Granddaughter is enjoying using these , they keep her occupied for quite a while and being able to copy the letters is making her feel very grown up and independent. The boards would be even better if they were a little stiffer as she is prone to bending them, it doesn't affect her using them though.
